My biceps flex like arnie. While doing that i get chronesthesia with embodied cognition. Images and ideas spanning b&w pictures of the moon, 19th century stately manors where stern scientists work (eg Fechner) and nostalgic early 20th century soviet radio towers and constructivist art. These crossover episodes last less than 10 seconds. Feels complex but nice.

Some prize pop psych terms: ideasthesia, history experienced as somatic texture, temporal lobe aesthetic seizure, hyperlucidity, radio waves as visible vectors of progress, neurophenomenology, temporal synaesthesia. Don’t pathologise it. It’s a ‘neural weather pattern’ and a bit about bodies keeping the score.
